Modifying and Deleting Programs - Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

Modifying WIOA Eligible Training Provider Program(s)

It is imperative that accurate program information be displayed on the Maryland WIOA Eligible Training Provider List of Occupational Training. Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDB) can deny WIOA funding for programs with inaccurate program information displayed on the Maryland ETPL.

It is the responsibility of the Training Provider to notify DLLR of any modifications.

Of particular importance is up-to-date information regarding: (1) tuition, (2) other training cost, and (3) length of the program in weeks. If a program has varying training schedules, a range of weeks may be reported.

To submit updated and/or corrected program information:

  • Use the link WIOA Training Providers to select the institution. From the list of WIOA programs click on the program to be changed. Print the program information.
  • Clearly mark all changes (cross out inaccuracies and write in updated information).
  • Date and sign by appropriate Dean or Private Career School Director or Owner.
  • Submit by fax (410-767-2219), e-mail WIOA Training Program Manager, or mail to WIOA Training Program Manager, DLLR, 1100 N. Eutaw St., Baltimore, MD 21201.

Only written requests will be accepted for program modifications.

Deleting WIOA Eligible Training Provider Program(s)

To submit requests for deletion of program(s):

  • List the unique identifier from the bottom of the program information page and complete name of each program to be deleted.
  • Indicate that the list of programs is a request for deletion.
  • Date and sign by appropriate Dean, or Private Career School Director or Owner.
  • A Deletion Form (Word) may be used.
  • Submit by fax (410-767-2219), e-mail WIOA Training Program Manager, or mail to WIOA Training Program Manager, DLLR, 1100 N. Eutaw St., Baltimore, MD 21201.

Only written requests will be accepted for program deletions.
