By using consistent messaging and providing enhanced staff training to connect customers to our services, will result bringing more jobseeker and employers into Maryland’s Workforce System;
Applications/Tactics to be Used by Management/Partners/ and Staff:
- Professional development and follow-up – training and ongoing training
- Reward good work
- Monthly newsletter
- Consistent messaging
- Signs in AJCs, local DSSs, DORS, and all WIOA partnerships
- E-mail bites – small bits of strategically disseminated info promoting cultural change
- Canned presentations, roadshows, webinars
