State offices and all DLLR physical locations will be closed to the public May 24th through May 27th, 2012.
However, Unemployment Insurance telephone and Web operations WILL be available on Friday, May 24th.

Beginning on October 1, 2008, individuals and firms who perform
the services requiring a peer review will have to report the
completion of a peer review as a condition of license or permit renewal.;
