OD 006-17 Jonathan Roberts is fined $100.00 for laying back in the race bike in the 7th race on July 3, 2017 at Ocean Downs.

OD 004-17 Driver Jason Green is fined $100 for failing to maintain a proper pace while driving TOM`S TITAN in the 5th race on 6/22/2017 at Ocean Downs.

Paul Davis being trainer of record on sample 12805 (Upfront Supersonic) which tested positive for flumethasone (class 4). Mr. Davis is fined $500.00 and lost of purse ($3000.00).

OD 003-17 Driver Joseph Fellows is fined $150 for failing to drive when programmed, at Ocean Downs, on 3 separate occasions. 6/18/17 race 1, #1 CHF PANDA OSO, 6/19/17 race 5, #3 CHF SHOOTING STAR and 6/21/17, race 1 THE LANDY PANDA. $50 for each occurrence.

OD 005-17 Trainer Alexandra Goldin is fined $100.00 for failing to bring SO TAKE THAT, for the 7th race at Ocean Downs on 6/29/2017, to the Lasix Barn within the prescribed time as set by the Maryland Racing Commission.

July 10, 2017 - Ocean Downs
OD-OO7-17 Driver A Toby Lynch Jr. is issued a 3 day driving suspension beginning July 6 to and including July 8, 2017 for drifting out in the stretch and causing interference to #3, ALL GOLD. ALEXIS STYLE finished 1st and was placed 2nd.

OD-008-17 Driver Bryan Truitt Jr. is issued a three day driving suspension (July 7,8, and 9, 2017) for impeding the progress of #5, KIWIKASH in the 4th race at Ocean Downs on July 6, 2017. #6, ROWDY PATTI finished 4th and was placed 5th.

May 31, 2017 - Rosecroft
RCR-025-17 Trainer Steve Le Blanc, being trainer of record on sample #25114 dated May 31, 2017, was found to contain firocoxib in the following concentration: 114 +/- 4.3 nanograms/ml. A splint sample was sent to Texas A&M College Station Laboratory, was tested on June 28, 2017, and was confirmed positive for firocoxib with a concentration of 86 +/- 6.2 nanograms per milliliter. HOLY TROUT finished first and was disqualified and placed last and loss of purse ($35,200.00). Trainer Steve Le Blanc is fined $500.00.

July 18, 2017 - Ocean Downs
OD-009-17 Driver Mark Gray is fined $50.00 for failing to obey the starter by not coming up to the starting gate in the first race at Ocean Downs on July 16, 2017.

July 24, 2017 - Ocean Downs
OD-010-17 Driver Jonathan W. Roberts is fined $100.00 at Ocean Downs for having his foot out of the stirrup in the stretch while driving Fashion Smile in the 6th race on July 24, 2017.
