On January 10, 2013, the Board for Professional Engineers adopted amendments to Regulation
under COMAR 09.23.04 Fees. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 39:23 Md. R. 1543 (November 16, 2012),
has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: March 4, 2013.
