Maryland Real Estate Commission Investigating Complaints against Frederick Property Manager


BALTIMORE, MD (July 7, 2011) – The Maryland Real Estate Commission has received numerous consumer complaints from citizens in the Frederick, Maryland area against West Patrick Property Solutions. West Patrick Property Solutions was responsible for locating tenants, preparing leases, collecting security deposits, collecting rent, paying utilities and general property upkeep. Complainants report that problems with the company began in April 2011.

The Maryland Real Estate Commission – a commission administered by the Maryland Department of Labor Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing – has opened an investigation into the complaints and encourages property owners that have hired West Patrick Property Solutions as a property manager during the last 12 months and have had difficulties with their services to contact the Maryland Real Estate Commission:
