Insurance Requirements - Plumbing
THE MINIMUM AMOUNTS OF INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIRED PER OCCURRENCE IS AT LEAST $400,000 AND CONSISTS OF:
- General Liability Insurance in the amount of at least $300,000 AND
- Property Damage Insurance in the amount of at least $100,000
Any umbrella policy coverage is not acceptable for compliance with this requirement
THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER SHALL BE THE:

The certificate of insurance must reflect the name and permanent registration/certificate number of the licensed person as being insured as a part of the policy and the policy must be written through a company approved by the Maryland State Insurance Administration to issue such policies in Maryland.
SPECIAL NOTES:
The insurer agrees to notify the appropriate state board shown as certificate holder at least 10 days before the effective date of the cancellation (such notification must show the name and permanent registration/certificate number of the INDIVIDUAL licensee covered by the policy and the name of the state board involved).
