3. At the time of application, does not have their electrical license suspended or revoked by a local jurisdiction of the State, or a record of outstanding violations of the regulations of a local jurisdiction of the State.
4. Meets qualifications otherwise established under the Maryland Master Electricians Act.

1. Being non-Maryland resident.
2. Holding a current master electrician's license in a state that has a reciprocity agreement with Maryland;
3. At the time of application, does not have their electrical license suspended or revoked in any state or another jurisdiction;
4. Agrees to obtain within 60 days of being granted a Maryland license, a local license in the Maryland local subdivision where they will work or where their resident agent resides.
