Publication Instructions

You may order DLLR audiovisual materials and publications via this page. Many publications are available in four formats: HTML for viewing on the web MSWord or MSExcel for downloading and/or printing Adobe Acrobat PDF for downloading and/or printing Printed materials that must be ordered online from the responsible Office

Think of this listing of audiovisual materials and publications as a tree. The trunk of the tree is the first to appear and all the selections beneath it are the branches.

Instructions for selecting audiovisual materials

When the page is opened, the trunk of the tree that encompasses the Division or Office that oversees the information you are seeking will appear with a minus sign enclosed in a square - . For example, if the A/V materials contained on this page are for the entire Department, the word "DLLR" will appear here. If the A/V materials are only for Maryland Occupational Safety and Health, the word "MOSH" will appear here. This symbol indicates that this particular part or branch of the tree is opened. All the branches listed beneath with a squared plus sign - are currently closed.

	If DLLR is the trunk of the tree, click on the squared plus sign () next to the Division of DLLR that oversees the information you are seeking. A list of Offices under that Division will appear.

		If DLLR or a Division name is the trunk of the tree, click on the squared plus sign () next the Office in that Division that oversees the information that you seek. For example, if you are seeking information about Maryland Occupational Safety and Health, click on the plus sign next to the word, "MOSH." A list of available in materials will appear.

			Click on the squared plus sign () next the words "Audiovisual Materials." A list of subjects available in audiovisual materials will appear.

				Click on the squared plus sign () next the appropriate subject. For example, click on the squared plus sign next to the word "Construction" if you are looking for A/V materials about construction safety. A list of available A/V materials will appear.

					Click on the squared plus sign () next the appropriate video or DVD. For example, under "Construction, click on the squared plus sign next to the video "Contractor Safety: It's Everybody's Business" if you are looking for A/V materials about construction safety. Two options will appear.

						Click on "View Description" to read a short description of the video or DVD subject matter. Click on "Order Online" and you will be taken to the online order to request the video or DVD.

				Click on the squared plus sign () next the appropriate publication or form. For example, under "MOSH Compliance Services," click on the squared plus sign next to the publication "MOSH Closing Conference Guide" if you are looking for this publication. Four options will appear.

					Click on "Download in MSWord" or "Download in MSExcel" to obtain a copy of the publication or form in Microsoft format. Click on "Download in PDF" to obtain a copy of the publication or form in Adobe Acrobat format. Click on "Order Online" and you will be taken to the online order form to requested printed copies of the publications or forms. Click on "View in HTML" to review the publication or form in Web-friendly (but not printer friendly) format.

Instructions for completing your order

Once you have made your selections(s) using the "Order Online" option, you are ready to check out and place your order.

In the upper right corner of the page, you will see a graphic. Immediately to the right of that graphic, the number of items you wish to order will appear. If you roll your mouse over the graphic or the number of items, you will see the titles of the items that you wish to order.

Click on either the graphic or the number of items to proceed to the online order form.
