Welcome to the Division of Labor and Industry’s Prevailing Wage Unit. The Prevailing Wage Unit assists prime contractors and subcontractors who perform work on state or political subdivision construction contracts including school construction where the contract value is $250,000 or greater with state funding of 25% or more.
