Law Enforcement Complaint Referrals - Secondhand Precious Metal Objects Dealers & Pawnbrokers

How to use this form

The Complaint Referral Form should be used by local law enforcement agencies when forwarding complaints to the Department regarding alleged violations of the Secondhand Precious Metal Object Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act.

The Department will accept complaint referrals through regular mail or via e-mail. When filing by e-mail, please attach the complaint referral form, the formal investigative report, scanned documents of daily transaction reports or other evidence, and, when relevant, photographs.
