RCR 24-005 Trainer Bryson Dunning is fined $200.00 for two late driver changes in the February 13th, 2024 racing program at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

February 15, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 234-006 Trainer Bart Dalious, for being the trainer of record on sample #E582852 taken from BANKIN ON BOMB in the 2nd race on January 30th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway, was found to contain the substance Phenylbutazone, at a concentration of 0.659 mcg/mL. The ARCI threshold for this controlled therapeutic substance is 0.3 mcg/mL. As a result, Dalious is fined $500.00, and must return all purse monies. BANKIN ON BOMB finished 1st and was placed last. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance.
COMAR: 09.10.03.04.B. 1/2 Multiple Medication Violation (MMV) points assessed.

February 20, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 234-007 Driver Trae Porter is fined $100.00 for talking on the track, postering and taunting another driver, in the stretch while driving TOO SOON BG in the 14th race on February 15th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
