January 23, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 24-001 Maryland Racing Commission licensee Jason Thompson is indefinitely suspended for failure to pay $200.00 in fines for ruling RCR23-036 (Failure to drive when programmed) within the ten allotted days. During this suspension, Thompson is barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Thompson’s Maryland Racing Commission license will be restored to good standing once payment is received.

January 23, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 24-002 Maryland Racing Commission licensee Mark Sheridan is indefinitely suspended for failure to pay $100.00 in fines for ruling RCR23-039 (Failure to keep both feet in the stirrups) within the ten allotted days. During this suspension, Sheridan is barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Sheridan’s Maryland Racing Commission license will be restored to good standing once payment is received.

January 30, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 234-003 Driver Cole Olsen is fined $100.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving FOX VALLEY MONDO in the 2nd race on January 25th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
