July 5, 2024 - Ocean Downs
OD 24-010 Trainer Winston Williams, for being the trainer of record on sample #E519213 taken from LEGAL POWER in the 11th race on June 13th, 2024 at Ocean Downs, was found to contain the medication Dexamethasone at a concentration of 52.0 pg/mL. The ARCI threshold for this medication is 5 pg/mL. As a result, trainer Williams will be issued a 15-day full suspension from July 4th, 2024 through July 18th, 2024. During this suspension, he and all horses trained and/or owned by him are barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. LEGAL POWER is disqualified, finishing 1st and placed 8th. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance.

July 5, 2024 - Ocean Downs
OD 24-011 Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $100.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving LADY HARBRO in the 10th race on July 3rd, 2024 at Ocean Downs. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

OD 24-012 Driver Trae Porter is fined $100.00 for failing to bring SUMMIT up into position before the start of the 2nd race on July 7th, 2024 at Ocean Downs. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

OD 24-013 Driver Cole Olsen is fined $150.00 for interference before the wire (hooking wheels) with CRUSH HANOVER while driving ONE OF THE GUYS in the 4th race on July 9th, 2024 at Ocean Downs. ONE OF THE GUYS finished 7th and was placed 8th. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

OD 24-015 Driver Cole Olsen is fined $150.00 for interference after the 1/2 pole (coming out late and impeding the progress of another horse) with BELLAS FIRST MOOSS while driving BRADY ROCKS in the 4th race on July 18th, 2024 at Ocean Downs. BRADY ROCKS finished 3rd and was placed 4th. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

July 21, 2024 - Ocean Downs
OD 24-016 Driver Michael Greene is suspended from driving from July 22nd, 2024 through July 24th, 2024 (3 days) for interference before the 3/4 pole (crowding, pushing another horse inside the pylons) with LENDA HAND MAN while driving Z’S DREAM in the 10th race on July 18th, 2024 at Ocean Downs. Z’S DREAM finished 5th and was placed 8th.
