All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

OD 24-007 Trainer Courtney Brooks, for being the trainer of record on sample #E537124 taken from PRECISION BLUECHIP on June 2nd, 2024 at Ocean Downs, was found to contain the medication 5-Hydroxydantrolene (Dantrolene) at a concentration of 126 pg/mL. The ARCI threshold for this therapeutic medication is 100 pg/mL. As a result, Brooks is fined $500.00 and must return all purse monies. Additionally, PRECISION BLUECHIP is disqualified, finishing 2nd and placed 8th. All purse monies must be returned within 72 hours of this issuance, and all fines are due within 10 days of the ruling.
