All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 24-030 Driver Frank Milby is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip (one-handed whipping) while driving TRANSPARENCY in the 11th race on May 4th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 234-033 Driver Timothy Lust is suspended from driving from May 16th, 2024 through May 18th, 2024 (3 days) for interference after the 3/4 mile pole while driving BELLAS FIRST MOOSS in the 4th race on May 14th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. BELLAS FIRST MOOSS finished 4th and was placed 7th.
