RCR 24-034 Driver John Wagner is fined $100.00 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving TURN ME LOOSE in the 8th race on September 16th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

September 25, 2024 - Rosecroft Raceway
RCR 24-035 Driver Richard Titter is suspended from driving for three days (October 12th, 2024 through October 14th, 2024) for interference after the start with SPEED BALL SWAGGER, causing SPEED BALL SWAGGER to make a break, while driving SONGS IN THE WIND in the 5th race on October 9th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. Driver Trae Porter is fined $150.00 for interference in the stretch with SCHWARTZ BROS PAT while driving RICKYBOBBYNTHEHAUS in the 8th race on September 23th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. RICKYBOBBYNTHEHAUS finished 1st and was placed 2nd. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.

RCR 24-036 Driver William Carter is fined $100.00 for excessive use of the whip in the stretch while driving TALISMANO in the 6th race on September 25th, 2024 at Rosecroft Raceway. All fines are due within 10 days of the ruling or the Maryland Racing Commission licensee will be suspended until payment is received.
