COMPANY USERS
If you are employed by a company or trust that is a lender, servicer, secured party, or purchaser of a foreclosed property, or by a company that uses this system on behalf of one or more lenders, servicers, secured parties, or purchasers of foreclosed properties, then you are a COMPANY USER. NOTE: If your business is a sole proprietorship or you purchased foreclosed property using an LLC, you are a Company User.

INDIVIDUAL USERS
If you are an individual who is acting in your own capacity as a lender, secured party, or purchaser of a foreclosed property, or if you are an independent (i.e. not employed by a firm or agency) real estate agent/broker, then you are an INDIVIDUAL USER. NOTE: If you purchased foreclosed property using an LLC or under a sole proprietorship business, you are a Company User.

GOVERNMENT USERS
If you are a Maryland state or local government employee or representative authorized in your official capacity to request access to this system, then you are a GOVERNMENT USER.
