The Maryland Elevator Safety Review Board is responsible for assisting consumers with complaints against elevator mechanics and contractors, elevator renovator mechanics and contractors or accessibility lift mechanics. A written complaint, stating the facts upon which the complaint is based, should be addressed to the Elevator Safety Review Board, and emailed to :
