If parts of the application are submitted separately, then it will be sent back to the applicant. Only applications with all forms completed will be forwarded to the board for review. If you choose to submit an NCEES record, then only Forms 1 and 3 need to be submitted.*

It is the responsibility of out-of-state applicants to provide documentation of passing both the FS and PS exams as part of their application.*
