Payment Portal - Workforce Development & Adult Learning

Starting December 1, 2022, the MD Labor Division of Workforce Development and Adult Learning has an Online Payment Portal to receive payments for the following programs:

• Apprenticeship Prevailing Wage Payments
• Apprenticeship Power Act Payments
• Hospital Training Fund
• Subgrant Refunds

Payments can be made by credit or debit card (transaction fee applies), or by electronic check (no transaction fee). Starting in December 2022, please submit all payments through the new Online Payment Portal.
