Many of us remember Take a Child to Work Day as one of our first real glimpses into the world of work—seeing how our interests could turn into careers, how workplaces operate, and how people work together. It remains a powerful opportunity for employers to introduce young people to career possibilities.

In addition to planning your own event and posting about Take a Child to Work Day on social media using #KidsVisitWorkMD, please also share the toolkit with members of your network. We want to amplify the great work happening locally across Maryland to connect youth with careers, and make those efforts visible statewide.

Thank you for all you do to connect Maryland’s youth to opportunity!
