File a Complaint - Athletic Commission

Complaint forms may be obtained online or by calling 410-230-6223.

Complaints must be submitted in writing using the standard complaint form utilized by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. If warranted, a formal hearing will be held before the members of the commission to determine the proper disciplinary action to be taken.
