Winter 2025 Solicitation for Implementation Grant Proposals – Residential Leasing Agent The EARN Maryland program encourages collaboration, funding Strategic Industry Partnerships composed of employers, non-profits, higher education, local workforce investment boards, Registered Apprenticeship Sponsors, and local governments. Partnerships provide in-demand, relevant training to Maryland’s workforce based upon industry identified needs. This Solicitation for Implementation Grant Proposals targets industry partnerships for a leasing agent training program to train, prepare, and connect job seekers with careers in the residential rental housing industry in Maryland.

4th & Goal 4th & Goal Program is designed to support learners who have completed three GED® tests with only one more to go on the way to a Maryland High School Diploma. Specifically, 4th and Goal offers short-term assistance for classes and tutoring and for covering the costs of practice tests and the fourth and final exam.

Adult High School Pilot Program - Solicitation for Proposals - Fifth Release In partnership with MSDE, the Adult High School Program establishes an alternative method for adults, who did not graduate from high school, to earn a high school diploma and potentially earn post-secondary credit or an industry-recognized certification in an environment that meets the needs of the adult learner.

Road to Careers Grant Program Maryland’s Road to Careers Program is a skills training and supportive service initiative that seeks to address Maryland’s workforce needs in highway and capital transit construction and transportation construction generally. The initiative is funded by the Maryland Department of Transportation and administered by the Maryland Department of Labor. Road to Careers Program grantees will provide local jobseekers with contextualized learning opportunities, training, and supportive services to gain access to employment as skilled tradespersons in the transportation construction industry.
